My DH and I really want to go to epcot just the 2 of us. I was wondering if anyone has ever been to the kuds club at the poly, or any of them for that matter? I think my DD (6) will like it, but I would like some feedback.
We debated it but ended up using Kids Nite Out. We have 3 kids and the cost was too high to put all 3 in a club. If you decide to go the sitter route I can't reccomend KNO enough. It was GREAT to come back to our room after a night at Epcot to find our daughters already fast asleep. The sitter has to stay at the resort (and no water activities allowed), but there are lots of activites at each resort in the evenings. My girls LOVED their sitter and had a blast with her.
I'm also interested in hearing about the kid's clubs (Poly) as we are going to give it a try this year for DS(3). Last year he wasn't old enough so used KNO which worked out great! We were staying at beach club so walked over to Epcot and when we came back he was in bed!!
We haven't used the Club at the Poly but are in June. My girls went to one at another Resort in October and Loved it. So much so that they asked to go to when we stay at the Poly instead of going to dinner with us at Ohana. So my DH and I will be dropping them off and having dinner alone. They are 9 and 6.
My brother and I went to the kids club at Poly several times growing up. My parents would go out to a signature restaurant and then maybe dessert before coming back for us. It was always one of the highlights of our week to climb through the Peter Pan window. They had tons of activities and gave us dinner. When my DS gets a little older I might try it out with him because of my positive experience with it as a kid. I would imagine it would give you a nice break in your vacation too.
We are going to bring our kids it the one at the poly in November so we can celebrate our anniversary with a signature meal. Everyone I've read looks great, there is. A little video on youtube about the poly renovations that includes a few minute tour or the remodeled club.
