My DH and I are debating whether to go to a signature restaurant while in Disney. We really want to try both Artist's Point in the Wilderness Lodge and Jiko in Animal Kingdom. But first can you use a kid's club if you aren't staying in that resort? We are staying in ASMo so there isn't a Kid's Club. If you can use the Kid's Club, which restaurant would you recommend since we can only do one? Do you need to make a reservation for the Kids Clubs? Thanks...

You do not need to be a guest of a particular resort to utilize their kids club.
Have you checked out the menus for each of the restaurants on Deb's site?
They really are 2 totally different types of cuisine, what appeals to you?
