Kids birthday party at Hooters???

Maybe I'll have DH's birthday at Hooter's. Bet he would get a kick out of it.

As for children -- I have two daughters, so it's not an issue.

Good thing there wasn't a Hooters around when my brothers had their birthday parties, they would have hated that! The beach birthday parties had so much more to offer. No wonder they always had big smiles by the end of the day. :p :p

Would any 21 year old guy really WANT his mom to buy his Playboy??

 Probably not, but if he wanted me to I would. I guess I am one of the few women on the planet who find absolutely NOTHING wrong with that or other adult mens' magazines. *shrug*

We've been to Hooters several times, even with the kids. They have really good food. My kids always got a kick out of it and my DS15 says he likes the *scenery*. But 4th grade is a little young. The main thing that would bother me, is it at a Hooters where there is a bar that allows smoking? I have been in 1 where there isn't. If there's a bunch of guys, whooping it up and smoking, that would bother me more than anything. That's when I don't consider it a place for kids. As far as the waitresses go, it's nothing more than what is seen on tv or on the street.

What does you having daughters have anything to do with it?

It depends on where you are. In Florida smoking is not allowed in an establishment where the majority of income comes from food.
