I confess I am the Disney planner/obsessed one in the family. So I am probably overthinking things....

I booked two rooms (Hubby and me and then one for our daughters) for our trip next month. We were assigned rooms on different decks - but still very close. But one is port side and the other starboard.

We ended up with two different assembly stations. I'm trying prepare the girls for what they need to do for the muster drill.

They have to check in together right?

I should add - the "kids" are 18 and 21 and in college. So fully functioning adults. We have pretty much told them they can do their own thing onboard- except dinner and the shows. I'm trying to set realistic expectations for what they need to take care of before they can set off to explore, if they don't want to hang with mom and dad after boarding.

Muster station drill is on the app now. You simply show up at your muster station, snap a pic with your phone and watch a video when you want to. So easy. I have done it 3 times just myself, husband wasn’t required to be there.

On our recent cruise they were very much herding everyone to their muster stations. For the first few hours the CMs I walked past mentioned it and offered to help us find out muster station as we walked around the ship. No chance you could miss it.
