Got here safe and sound Sunday afternoon on 8/31. First let me say. Why do you have to be put on a plane with persons who don't believe in Deodorant? Whew
I was in Room 7810 on the 4th floor. I got the room I wanted somewhat. Instead of the room next door to the one I stayed in in May, I am actually one floor lower next to that room.
The room is beautiful. Dedicated. 2 br. SV. Plenty of space. The kids have taken a swim in the bathtub already.
We hit Boma first thing. Food was delish as always. ZEBRA DOME SHOT!
Everyone loved the Zebra domes.
We went to Hollywood Studios and rode Tower of Terror and Rocking Roller Coaster and ended the night with FANTASMIC.
On Monday 8/30 we had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. It was nice. Was kinda bummed though. The Mad Hatter we had was very meek.
I like the loud and rowdy one.
But here's a pic.
We went to MK. Rode most of the rides. Fantasyland looks like a construction zone. They are doing their best to keep it looking decent but trying to go on Winnie the Pooh with it all boarded up was a turnoff for me. As long as the kids had a great time. It was ok with me. We left before the parade.
They were tired and I went out for a drink or two at Victoria Falls in AKL. I could have gone to the one at Kidani but I like the one at AKL.
They only have 4 items at the bar to eat.
Tuesday 8/31 we did Epcot. We did Test Track 3 times. Son did Mission Space ALONE!
We ate at the Food Court in The Land, where the grandson went missing for a few minutes. It had dawned on me and Mom that he did the same thing last year and we found him in the same spot.
We had reservations at Hollywood and Vine in Hollywood studios but we want to stay in Epcot. I called Disney Dining and was able to get Nine Dragons in China. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good.
I had some sort of drink that reminded me of Long Island Ice Tea. I had to chug that down and then had a mango margarita.
Wednesday 9/1--
Hey all. We went to AK today. Had breakfast at Tusker House. Food was great as usual.
oooh ooh.....bar menu near Tusker House.
Did EE 2 times. It had been inoperable for an hour.
The family loved Dinosaur. Especially Mom. Thought it would have scared my Grandson but he liked it.
Once we finished AK we went to Rainforest Cafe.
The food was so good. Once we got back to the hotel, we went to the pool for a while. My grandson and son went on the slide a few times. I went down once. It was fun. And those margaritas didn't hurt either.
Thursday Sept 2
Today was kind of a lazy day. We didn't get out until noonish. We decided to go to Downtown Disney. We ate at T-Rex. The food was delish.
We did a lot of shopping again. So much in fact that when I picked up purchases in the morning, I had a sack. Felt like Santa. Still was waiting for other purchases to come to the hotel.
I went to visit my guide at BLT and bought 100 pts there. Gave us fastpasses
We went to Chef Mickeys and met up with the Fab Five.
After dinner, Mom went back to the room and we finished the evening at MK. Saw Electric Light Parade and Wishes. It was wonderful. Came back to the room and put the kids to bed. Sis, GF and I went to SANAA Bar and had a few drinks. Not as large as Victoria Falls but it was nice. Took our drinks outside by the firepit. Nice end to the evening.
The Zebras were running wild during the night. Chasing the Giraffes from their spot. I wonder if it was Mardi the trouble making Zebra? Will inquire.

When we go in April that will be our first meal as well. I am running to get there as fast as I can from Kidani
