Just had a bad phone call with guest services here at Kidani Village. Won’t go through the vent, gripe and grumble on this page but think it’s worth mentioning to management via email as the excuses we were given were neither relevant nor helpful. The last two resorts we stayed in had nice messages left from management in the room with an email addrsss to use (BLT and SSR) not that we needed it. Not sure if this is new or normal but there’s not one for AKV Kidani in our room. Any recommendations on the best email address to use?
