Kidani VIllage - Coffee Pot Question

I am going to be staying at Kidani Village next month in a 1 bedroom villa- Savannah view. I understand that it comes with a coffee pot. However, does anybody know if the coffee filters are provided? If not, I know nothing about the size of the coffee pot so curious as to which size ones I should be purchasing.

The room will come with 1 Regular and 1 Decaf coffee pack that consists of the coffee packaged within a sealed filter pod.

I believe the 8-12 cup size flat bottom filters work if you did want to bring your own.

The pots use a MR. Coffee flat bottom type filter. The pot is a 12 cup size. If you like coffee, bring your own, the free coffee they provide is not quite worth the price.

Three things we always bring—basket-type filters, Gevalia and Charmin.

For Deluxe villas, you’d think they could provide decent toilet tissue. But, no.

The coffee in the room is Joffrey's. As mentioned above, it's in it's own filter that you just throw in the coffee pot basket. I've hear some say that they bring their own filters and then dump the coffee grounds out of the filter it comes in and into the filter they brought with them. Indicating that something with the Joffrey's filter might make it taste odd.
I don't drink coffee, but I bring it home with us and give it to my parents and they love the stuff (as-is prepared using the filter it comes in).

So, if it tastes odd after preparing it in the filter it comes in, try dumping the grounds out into your own filter.

Also, the odd taste could just be coming from the icky FL water that is worse in some resorts than others (I'm looking at you CR/BLT!).

Yeah the pod really only makes a decent 8 cup pot of coffee and it's tolerable if you have nothing else. But I agree, bring your own. You're on vacation, you want to have some good joe available.
