Kidani Village and rental car

We are arriving in 3 weeks and have rented a car for the first 5 days. Right now we are scheduled to pick it up the afternoon of our arrival at Buena Vista Palace. We figured we would take the bus to Disney Springs for lunch and pick up the car after. My husband thought it might be better to pick up the car at the Dolphin and try to avoid construction/traffic. We usually go to the Publix out past Disney Springs but I know there is another we went to when we stayed at BWV.???? Help advice TIA

we usually pick up at the airport and return to the Dolphin. I prefer the Dolphin vs Downtown Disney. It is easy in and out and the valet gets the car for you
