Kidani Village—instacart Does Not Recognize Address

We are staying at Kidani starting this weekend and I have the first world problem of having numerous options for shopping delivery apps where I have free delivery or various discounts.

I was trying to get an order together ahead of time and seeing which app would be the cheapest or have everything we need.

Instacart has issues when I put in Kidani as the location. It fills in the correct address but the incorrect zip code and city says “Orlando”. Clicking save gives an error message denying the address it provided. Correcting the zip doesn’t fix it.

So I’m wondering if anyone else successfully used Instacart in the past at Kidani and what was your workaround ?

Not at Kidani but something similar happened to me recently at the Swan Reserve. Typing in the actual address vs the name did the trick. Maybe try that if you haven’t already.

That's the correct address it's putting in. Yes, I know it's odd that it's putting in Orlando as the city and the zip code for bay lake but that truly is the delivery address for instacart as well as walmart. We got this info last year from the CM's at the Front desk at Kidani whilst staying there, b/c I was having issues and was putting in bay lake as the city and it was saying it was unfound address lol.

You could try to include it in the notes section and message the shopper. If you were in another city, I’d be nervous but I feel like all of the shoppers are familiar with the WDW resorts.

I has been a while since I have had an Instacart delivery to Kidani (2021), but according to the app, the address I used was:

Kidani Village - Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
3701 Osceola Parkway
Kissimmee, FL 34747

Will be interested in the answer since that is where I am staying in September and I will be ordering groceries.

34747 is a Celebration, FL (also Kissimmee) zip code. It was my zip when I lived in Celebration. Kidani is in Osceola County, not Orange County, as most of WDW is.

All I know is that I put the address in with my name and then the 3701 Osceola Pkwy, Orlando FL 32830 and it worked and is still stored in my walmart and instacart apps like that. And yes my order got to me just fine twice like this.

This is the address stored on my Instacart order from last May.

My problem with that delivery was on the driver's end. Her app was having trouble recognizing that she had actually arrived at Kidani. Via messaging, we met up with each other (alcohol in purchase), but she had to get on the phone with Instacart to finalize the delivery. She said it was a known issue.
