Is there a place I can find out how many have 2 queens compared to 1 king? I'm guessing they have both styles or are they all one style? If they have 2 queens would they still have a 'couch'? Trying to answer questions for one of my family members and I'm confusing myself lol..

All AKV Studios (Jambo House & Kidani Village) will have a queen bed and a sleeper sofa.

OKW is the only DVC resort at WDW with 2 queens in a studio. The rest have 1 queen and a double sofabed.

There are some dedicated studios at BWV, BCV and VWL, I believe they also have two queen beds.

1BRs have a king bed, with a sofabed in the living area.

as stated, none of the studios has a king bed.

No, that's not correct, all studios at those resorts have 1 queen and 1 sofabed. Some BWV dedicated studios also have the small "daybed".

What you are thinking of is there are some dedicated 2 bedrooms that have 2 queens in the second bedroom. There are no dedicated 2 bedrooms at BWV. At BCV, some of the dedicated 2 bedrooms have 2 queens, some have 1 queen and 1 sofabed. You specificially reserve the type. The dedicated 2 bedrooms at VWL would have the 2 queens in the second bedroom, same with OKW, SSR, BLT, AKV.

Sorry, BWV dedicated studios have a Queen Bed and a Double Sleeper sofa. They may also have a small day bed, no longer than 5' in length.

Other than OKW, as mentioned, I know of no other studios that offer 2 queens in a room. Perhaps you're recalling seeing the second bedroom in the dedicated 2br units.

No, they have a queen and a full sized sofa bed. Some of the BWV have a deacon bench that some have used for a small child to sleep on.

Awesome, continue your conversation :)

If the issues with your family revolves around sleeping space and who gets the "couch" an airbed might help resolve the issue.

Actually, with my kids being 12 and 16 even 2 queen beds wouldn't be enough I'm considering bringing an air bed for our studio stays from now on, or upgrading to a 1br at Kidani or BLT as they have the chair-bed would be our only option so we can each have our own sleeping space.

  • What size? (I'm thinking twin as it MAY fit between the beds in most rooms, but wouldn't the metal struts on the sleeper couch might pop it?);
  • Where to put? (there's a TON of room in those kidani studio bathrooms :rotfl:);
  • What's a decent brand that will hold up and that inflates/deflates easily.

No, not a sleeping area issue, just 3 small kids and they sometimes like to sleep with mom / dad. We have a 2 bedroom also with grandma and grandpa in it so they may hang out with them also. If everyone didnt mind we legally could have done this is a 2 bedroom, but we dont want to be that close all the time..
