Kidani sofa bed

I had my in laws stay in a Kidani studio using my points and they said the soda bed was very uncomfortable. My first stay there will be next month. Is it true that you can request an egg crate or some kind of mattress topper to make the soda bed more comfortable? If yes, can those be requested before we arrive?

We had no problems with the sofa, they were just fine for us. But we were in the 2 BR and the sofa in the LR may be different type than the studio.

Not sure abou Kidani, but my daughter and some college friends stayed at an SSR studio in March and they were able to request an egg crate for the sofa bed there and were accommodated.

Has anyone been able to get an egg crate at BLT? We are going next week for just 2 nights and I know from past experience those sofa beds are not comfortable either.

I always pack a memory foam mattress topper in my suitcase if we are using the pullouts.
