Kidani - Savannah View Room Request

Hi all - it looks like my waitlist request to go to Jambo House is not coming through ( I just LOVE the lobby there!). What DVC Studio Savannah View should I request at Kidani? Or what room requests do you ask for when you stay there.

Also, for those that like it better than Jambo can you please tell me why? It will be my BF's 1st time at Disney since he was little & we are in our 50's. Thanks!!

IMO go for the Sunset Savanna, lower floor. I don't think it's better, just different. Smaller lobby, resort seems more relaxing.

Busses stop first at Kidani, so having to stand in the morning is not really an issue.

Yes, kidani is also the first stop on the return trip. The only bus that does this ok reverse is the one for disney springs. You can also use the buses to hop back and forth between kidani and jambo.

It's kind of hard for me to recommend, since Kidani is the one resort where my requests were the furthest from the reality. However, you could try near lobby (that hotel defines "long walk" and the best savannah is the sunset savannah.
