Kidani IS AKV. The points you see is what you get. The 1 and 2 bedroom units in Kidani will have an extra bathroom like the sales models. Only the rooms in the existing Lodge have one less bathroom.

I never actually saw the model rooms at the DVC sales center but the Kidani villas will be set up like the models. I don't think anything that DVC builds will ever be as spacious as OKW.

Size-wise the Kidani 1BRs will be larger than those at BCV, BWV, etc. and smaller than those at OKW. The layout will be more similar to the BCV, etc resorts than OKW but are really unlike any of the resorts due to the kitchen and bathroom design. The kitchen is still u-shaped like BCV, etc. but turned 90 degrees. The master bathroom in most DVC resorts is spread out over two rooms, one with the jacuzzi tub and a sink and the other with the shower stall, toilet and another sink. The master bathroom in the Kidani 1BRs is all in one room and there is a separate second bathroom (with a combined shower/tub, a toilet and sink) off the kitchen as shown in this floor plan from the public DVC website:
