Can anyone visit and tour the new DVC resort when it opens? I know you can only swim at the pool if you have an AKV reservation using points, but not sure about just viewing the resort.

Why not make reservations to eat at the new restaurant, Sanaa, if you're going to check out the resort (that's assuming there are tables still available and you like that type of food)
