Kidani Check In & the Magical Express

We're taking the Magical Express and staying at Kidani. Is check in still in the lobby of Animal Kingdom and if so willl the Magical Express take us directly to Animal Kingdom Lodge instead of Kidani???

Kidani has it's own registration desk in the lobby of the hotel. Magical Express will take you straight to Kidani.
