Kidani - Are all units declared?

Does anyone know if all the units at Kidani have been declared into inventory? If not, any idea on when new units will be declared? We are on the wait list for this fall for a two bedroom and I am hoping something comes through.

No, all Kidani units are not declared.
The last Kidani declaration was last month.

They sometimes project declarations when setting aside rooms for future dates, there is wording in the POS that allows for that. So it's possible that there are more points rooms already available for the fall than currently declared. So future declarations may not make more rooms instantly available for those on the wait list.

To date, DVD has declared 66.82% of AKV for the DVC membership. Based on information filed by DVD with the Orange County Comptroller, it appears that AKV has 133 two-bedroom villas and 8 grand villas that are still undeclared.

Anyone wanna take a stab at the likelyhood of more rooms opening for Thanksgiving? We are WL for a One Br. at Kindani and Jambo.

I am looking into my crystal ball right now and see all of you sipping coffee and Disney Fix with an adult beverage (before noon I might add) on the balcony overlooking sunset savanna. Seriously though, I think the odds of declaring more invertory between now and Thanksgiving are good. Good luck and have a great trip. I stayed at Kidani-savanna view in March an loved it.

All indications are that ALV points are still selling at a reasonable pace so I would think that it is very likely that ther will be more units declared before Nov (probably more that once).
