Kidani and Jambo split on dashboard

I’m a new member at akl. Kidani and jambo are split on my screen. I thought we were same house?

Although they are part of a single condo association, each building is a separate booking category which is why they both appear.

Your AKV points work at both. But they are booking categories, just like view is at BLT or the difference between booking a 2BR and a studio.

yes, just like a BLT owner gets 11 months for Standard, Lake View or Theme Park View, pending availability at that booking date.

When you go in to make a reservation online, the site will automatically check the resort you own for the purpose of a search and you can check any other resorts you also want to search. In the case of AKV owners, it actually automatically checks the building you own, Jambo or Kidani, and you just need to check the other one to search both.

Earlier this week, I booked AKV CL for a single night. I own at both Kidani and Jambo, but when it asked about points, it only showed my Jumbo points. I had enough there for the night, but I do wonder what would have happened if I didn’t. This was an 11 month booking.

Yeah it just throws you off cause it was showing one or the other and I wanted to make sure I had 11 month at jambo house. Had me worried

I own 2 AKV contracts - both at Kidani, I always book at 11 months at Jambo - you do have to check Jambo when you search since the current RAT default search is your ‘home’ resort.
