Kidani 3 Bedroom villa question

We were looking at possibly getting a 3BR at Kidani. Looking at the room layouts on the DVC site, it shows a Sofa Bed in the first floor living room and appears to have a sofa bed in the 2nd floor landing/sitting area at the top of the stairs - if that is accurate, wouldn't the 3BR at Kidani sleep 14? Just curious.

Oh, and one more question - how many 3 BR villas are there at Kidani? It is not our home resort so I'm curious how many of these room types are available.

Both Kidani and BLT have that arrangement in the GV's but it's only to provide optional sleeping arrangements and does not expand the occupancy. According to the resource page there are 16 GV's at Kidani. I believe 15 are savanna view and 1 standard view because it's at a narrow part of the savanna that the animals don't hang out in.

We stayed in a GV at Kidani and loved the extra pull out sofa in the loft. There was also a TV in the loft. This allowed one of my teens to have his own bed and TV without having to be in the pullout in the main living area.
