This morning I am trying the think of valentine gifts for my 5 & 3 yr old that can be used or fun for our trip at the beginning of march.

We will be flying, staying with family in the Orlando area, going to 1 possibly two parks (hoping for the second to lower priced gatorland or similar)

So far I'm thinking maybe travel friendly activity books...

Coloring/activity books are a good idea! I was at Target today, and the dollar section had a bunch of Disney notebooks, stickers, pens, etc. that would be good.

You could also get glow bracelets, or the light-up spinny things (I've seen Disney themed ones at Walmart and Walgreens lately). Maybe a new Disney shirt or something? I don't usually do much in the way of Valentine's gifts for my kids, but in your case, I like the idea of a little gift bag with stuff you're likely to buy for the trip anyway. :thumbsup2

Bubbles, Disney Socks, Hair clips/elastics, Crayons & coloring book, etc.

My sons' grandmother got each of them little 8" or so Star Wars light sabers with the bottom of the wand filled with M&M's for some holiday a few years ago. Those things have lasted much longer than much more expensive light up toys and we pack them everytime we'll be at an event that is dark. The circus, the night time parades/fireworks at theme parks, local festivals with evening events, etc. We lost one out of the stroller last year and I'm still looking for a replacement.
