Does Universal have the baby/kid swap like Disney does?

Yes, it is a really great system. I'm pretty sure it works the same way that Disney's does.

Actually, Universal's child swap is even better because they have a nice air conditioned room for the child watching parent. The room has a TV and plastic chairs. This room is very close to the entrance of the ride so you don't have to walk back outside to swap kids. We used these rooms for the Men In Black ride and Spiderman.
