Are there any Kid Suites located on the club level at HRH. I have club booked and paid for for our Aug trip, using the superbowl promo and just saw that they're now offering kid suites with the promo. They weren't when I booked back in May, bummer.... Anyway, since they're now offering them and since I'm paid in full (don't want to screw that up, I've had issues with the phone reps before). IF there are any available on club, DH really wants club for the continental breakfast, I"m thinking of trying to upgrade at checkin. What do you think the odds of my being successful are?

Not completely sure if on 7th floor, but had one on 6th last month.
Had Deluxe Club reserved, buuut..., didn't so much mind their juggling us. Didn't charge us for Suite upgrade.
Just had to carry extra keycard for lounge/elevator. (Similar type thing happened @ RPH couple times.)
I think most rooms are about the same configuration from floor to floor. They'll work with you! Have fun there!!

No kids suite on club level.

My friends have used the kid suite on club level before.

they do have it at the HRH.

this is from the website:

Kids Suites
Fun vacations are not just for adults but for kids too. Decorated to appeal to our youthful guests, these suites feature an attached kids' room with TV, table, and chairs. Enjoy king bed accommodations for the adults and two twin beds for the kid rockers - 800 sq. ft. Kids Suites are also available on the Club Level for an additional charge.

scroll down midway when the link opens and look at the suites section.

Macraven - thanks for that, I was told there were no kids suites on club, have made contact with the HRH to try and swap rooms.

you're welcome.

these suites are larger and a different layout from other suites.
they are hard to come by.
i can't remember if they have 1 or 2 kid suites. i know it is a low number.

you should call your contact person to book it for you if you want to switch rooms.

many times the TM's at HRH will say they do not have a certain type of room when they really do. the demand from the guests to have those larger rooms, is hard on the staff. not everyone can book them for their dates.

there are only 4 double queen deluxes on the floor and i always have to arrange in advance for those rooms.
same for the king suites.

good luck!

There are two kids suits on each floor of the hotel for a total of 14. Two being on the club floor. They all have views of the woodstock/great lawn. I really like these suites even though I don't travel with kids. They used to not charge anymore for the two on the club floor but maybe things have changed. If you have one reserved, it can't hurt to request one on the seventh floor.

We have a kids suite reserved as a free upgrade. The price of a Kids Suite on club is different to what we would have had to pay on floors 1 - 6
