Kid Friendly Low-Fat Cookbook

I'm looking for a kid friendly low fat cookbook. My husband is such a picky eater I think this would be easier to find recipes he would like, lol. I also think, kid friendly might mean cheaper since fancy ingredients generally won't be there.
