So the wise DIS'ers have talked me into having a non-park day on our trip. Or, at the very least, a non-planned day. If the girls decide that they'd like to revisit a park, I am more than happy to go add an extra day onto our tickets and hit a park for a 2nd time. But if everyone needs a break, that's ok with me. I'd rather have 5 park days with happy, well-rested kids than 6 with cranky ones.
What are some things that we could do on a non-park day though? I'd like to at least have a few ideas I can pull out of my hat, especially if it's too cold to spend the day at the pool.
We'll have me, DH, my parents, a 6yo and two 2yo's (all girls). We're staying at POR and will be relying on bus transportation. We've got nothing planned outside of all 4 parks plus some DTD time on our arrival and departure dates.
