HI
How popular is this tour? Meaning do you need to book it really far in advance?
How many people are in the tour group?

Thank you!

It is probably the most popular tour. It does book up.

Don;t forget the discounts....AP, DVC, Disney Visa, and sometimes AAA...15%.

I just called and booked this tonight! I reserved a tour for a Saturday in May; the first time slot was already booked up so we had to go with the second one. The lady told me they typically book 16 people in a group. Got a discount with my Disney Visa too. My husband wanted to do this so he could see the utilidors. :duck:

I just booked this tour this past weekend for the Memorial Day weekend. The rep said she was very shocked that it was as open as it was when I tried to book. She said that this is one of the most popular tours and that a lot of people try to wait until closer to the time they want to do the tour to book it...and get disappointed. We are looking forward to it!!

My wife and I did it years ago. It was such a thrill to get a guided tour through the park, pointing out things we'd never noticed and then getting a look behind the scenes. Highly recommended for visitors that have been to the park many times and don't mind a few spoilers. Avoid at all costs if it is your first time!

Happy for those who were able to book the tour. Unfortunately I wasn't able to book it. Seems the tour is not going to be available the weekend I will be there....July 4th weekend. Something to look forward to next time!
Thank you all for your replies.

Sorry you're going to miss it :sad1: DH and I just did it this past Saturday and really enjoyed it! We had 21 people in our group but I didn't think it was too many. A smaller group would be nicer, but you do get a headset so you can always hear your guide. It's a lot of walking but a lot of fun!

To those of you who recently booked, enjoy pixiedust: !!
