Keys to the Kingdom tour

Hello! I'm in the beginning stages of a trip for next January. I want to take the Keys to the Kingdom Tour at the Magic Kingdom. Is there a "booking date" like ADR's? How far out can I book this? Do I have to pay in full up front? What if I need to cancel? What is the penalty? Thanks for your help.
