Hello this is Shirley and I was born and raised in Key West - I have seen the cat act in a very long time since I no longer go to Mallary Square for the sunset, was not aware about the cats going through a loop of flames - I know when he started down there and I knew that he was very caring and very concern about his cats - they got treated better than human - I knew he was "strange", but coming from Key West that once was filled with many different "characters", that didn't surprise me - I will have to make it a point when I go down next month to check it out - I do know one thing Key West does have a very tight hand on animal cruelty and I read about it all the time in the Key West Citizen and I have no doubts that the Cat Man hasn't been checked out completely, but will still look into it since I am very much an animal lover.
