Key West trade?

I am thinking of a trade to Key West...does anyone know anything about "THE BANYAN RESORT?"

I am thinking of a trade to Key West...does anyone know anything about "THE BANYAN RESORT?"

I know some, what do you want to know. It's an older resort with an eclectic mix of varying rooms. It's in a good location but that's about it. No way I'd trade for it using DVC, it be questionable even for a so so trader. For trading DVC, I'd only list the 3 Hyatt's. Banyan Website which has a property map and some room info. I've also got a little additional info about the various buildings and units in my files as we were considering buying a week there at one time.
