Has anyone done the snorkle trip on key west that disney offers? Is it worth while --Is it a good snorkle experience? THanks Jill

This is Shirley - listen my son Michael does a great deal of snorkling in and around Key West - he was also born and raised down here as like myself - I offer all of those going to Key West a free information packet that will help you decide what you would like to do way before you get down there - it includes maps, coupons etc - I do NOT GET ANYTHING IN RETURN FOR THIS SERVICE - it is just something I like to do for those going to my hometown - the only cost you have is a LARGE, self addressed and stamped envelope - It takes about 4.00 in postage since there is so much in there - I know that fact since I have had to mail a few from the post office.
you mail it to The Perfect Gift, 6550 North Atlantic Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Fla 32920 - please put your sailing date on the outside of the return envelope that way if I am going back down to Key West, I can wait until i get new information to include -

WE Just did the Key West Snorkel Trip. The people running it were excellant and the trip to get to the reef was not that long. Bring snacks for the kids they only provide beverages. The water was very rough when we went but they gave my 5 year old a cushion to use. The only problem I would say was getting into the water took so long because of the waves and the kids were aprehensive. If you are willing to jump over the side go for it. We also did a Dolphin excursion and snorkel the year before, I found them on shoreexcursions.com and only six people can go at a time and you can also snorkel (we ran into a thunder and lighting storm) the price was comprable to disney.
