Has anyone seen the Key West room. I believe it is in the Grand Floridian its a small room that I am going to use for my tea party. Has any one used it if so do you have pictures? thanks

Since no one has posted and I do lurk here from time to time...I have used the Key West room when my outside event was rained out. It is small with no windows. It is a nice room though and looked really pretty with decorations...mind you, my decorations were geared toward small children (not wedding related). I would have liked the room if it would have had windows. I don't have pics on this computer, but I will try to remember to post them as soon as I get a chance.

I am having the Key West Room and this is the photo my planner sent me and it has windows :confused3

Interesting...that looks like the area where we actually exited the room, but maybe they have changed the Key West room to a room that does have windows. They did tell me that I could have put my buffet outside the room to give us more room inside, but that it would be in a semi-public area. We did fine with everything in the room. You might double check!

I just had my site visit yesterday and since Franck's is being rehabbed we met in the Key West room. I didn't take any pics but it looked just like the above pic. The other end of the room (behind the person taking the pic) Also had a window that looked out onto a patio area, possibly the Whitehall patio :confused3
They had two round tables set up, one for us to sit at and the other to show samples of linens and place setting. They basically took up the whole room.

Thats good to know thanks.

Can anyone tell me the costs associated with this room (food/beverage minimum, room rental, etc.)?

www.disneymeetings.com says it accommodates 10-20 people at banquet rounds.

Disney uses a global set of menus now, meaning that you can get anything from any menu anywhere (well, with some restrictions, like if it's too far from the kitchen for a Cinderella Slipper dessert or something...). So any of the menus people have posted will work. You can also check out the ones here:
