Key West Requests ??

We are staying at Old Key West in Dec for the first time. There will be 5 adults and 3 children. We won't be using the laundry but the kids will want to swim and use the slide. Mom wants to be close to transportation.

We will be in a 2-BR...what room request should we make. We'll have a car, but won't use it except to go to MK.

We drive so we use our car at tmes. But we never drive to the MK.

Any of the villas will be close to the bus stops.

FWIW, if you are in a 2br you will have a laundry room in your villa.

There is internal bussing so no matter where you are you can get to the main pool easily plus there are the quiet pools. The bus stops are at the HH, Millers Road, Penninsular Rd., South Point & Turtle Pond - basically everywhere.

BTW, we always have a car & we never drive to MK either.

We stayed in a 2 BR in building 26 this past December. It was a short walk to the main pool and it was very close to a bus stop as well. We loved the location.

We had a great 2BR in Building 24 last time, I thought it was a great location. It was near the main pool/slide, and had it's own bus stop right there. But, we usually walked to the Hospitality House to catch the buses on their way out, and this worked out great when we went to parks on the bus. I would love this location again, however, I would also love to try Turtle Pond and Soutpoint maybe a water view.

We Stayed In Bldg 13 It Was Right Across From The Main Lobby And The Bus Stop. I Found The Okw Rooms Are Bigger Then The Newer Resorts. So You Should Have Plenty Of Room. We Drive To Disney So We Have A Car And Drive To All The Parks. My Son Is 3 So Its Easier To Just Go Straight To The Car When He Starts Melting Down Then To Wait For A Bus. Plus Weve Done The Petty Racing Experience Which I Have Never Seen A Bus For.

We are at OKW right now in a awesome 1st floor 2BR.We are in building 63 which is diagonally across from the Hospitality House.I can't believe how HUGE this unit is and am now trying to talk DH into an add-on here
