Hello all,
I am not sure if this is the right area for this but I shall pose this question anyway.
We are doing a Land and Sea package including 3 days unlimited admission to the World. We will obviously park hop a few times per day so my question is, do we need to get our hands stamped when we leave the first park only or do we need to get our hands stamped at every susequent park or do we need to get our hands stamped at all since it is unlimited admission?
If anyone can help it would be appreciated!

We were just there last week and only got our hand stamped once when we were leaving the first park. I'm not sure why we even do it, because they don't check your hand at all at the next park ... we just put our tickets through the ticket machine again and walked on in.

That is partially why I was asking. I assumed that they wanted us to get at least one stamp but it seems pointless since admission is unlimited.
Oh well!

The point of a hand stamp is to prove that it was actually you who was previously in a park, not that your ticket allows unlimited admission. Without the handstamp, there would be nothing to prevent you from giving the pass to someone else once you leave since there is no fingerscan required for using those passes.

All you need is one hand stamp per day no matter how many parks you will visit.

You only need one stamp per day. Since they don't look at your hand and you put the ticket into the machine I don't see why they stamp hands either. I have never seen them check any ones hands and I have been there a few times.

It's funny that I did not consider the fraud aspect of the handstamp. I can see a reason for it now but as dantot said they usually don't even check.
The only times my stamp is verified is when I was at Universal Studios. The handstamp has not been checked yet at WDW.
Oh well, my Q has been answered. Thanks everybody,

Actually it also works in case you loose your parkhopper. That's what I was told just a few weeks ago.

I was told it was in case their system went down and they couldn't process the tickets properly. With a handstamp, they would know that you had been at another park that day.

I have had my hand checked once when we were entering the Animal Kingdom through the back of Rainforest Cafe. But that's the only time.

hi: they do check the hand-stamp if you re-enter the original park. many times we would start in epcot, walk over to mgm and then back to epcot.

I have also had mine "refuse admission" to the next park and they checked my hand stamp. The CM said I must have gotten from one park to the other quickly and the machine saw it as a possible violation.

My husband and myself both have had to show the hand stamp. When the ticket was put in, something came up and we had to show it. We have also had to show indentafication of who we were with our annual passes several times. We make sure we carry our drivers licenses when we go to the parks.
