Key to the World Card and Phones

I've been hearing that lanyards are iffy on the Wish right now - sometimes being given out, sometimes not. My mom and I have invested in some little wristlets that allow us to carry around our phones easily while at the parks and are thinking we could use those instead of bringing along a separate lanyard just for the cruise portion of our trip, but would it being so close to our phones cause problems? We know that some hotel key cards can stop working when placed too close to a cell phone - because we've experienced this before, so I'm always careful to avoid that. Has anyone had this issue before or put your card near your phone before without problems?

I have stored my stateroom card in a pocket built into my cell phone case and also in the pocket on the back of a cell phone lanyard. No issues.
