Hi Kevin! I thought that you would have a suggestion for me on this. I am about to plan my adr's on 6/25 for Sept trip. There will be my mom, dad, husband, and ds who will be three. The possible problem is my brother and his girlfriend who are hinting around that they might come for a few days. They are hard to nail down with details so who knows if they will come at all or what days. If they do show do you think that I will be able to add them for our meals or not. How should I handle this at the check in? We will be at the poly and they love sushi so i can send them to the sushi bar but I know that my mom will be a pia about this. Thoughts?:confused3 Thanks!

I would try making the "harder to secure" reservations with them included.
(If you are trying to reserve Le Cellier, Chef Mickey's etc...include them).

It's easier to renove guests than to add guests for certain locations.

For other places.....you could wait and add them upon arrival.

That's how I would do it.

Thanks Kevin! I think that they will becomming over the weekend if at all, the only semi hard to get that I will have is crystal palace, I might just book with them for that, I hate to take up space that we won't need, as I said they are flighty(db abd dbgf) and who knows what they will do.:scared:
