There is going to be a version at DCA (but it will be different than on the DVD, due to theming issues) it is part of the 1.1 billion dollar makeover. I also wouldn't expect to see anything that gets added to DCA as part of this expansion in any other parks for several years, as it is being put in to increase the appeal of DCA for tourists and locals.
