Keurig Vue special at Target

This week Target has the Keurig Vue for $229.99 and a $50 gift card. Is this a good deal for this machine? DH has a Keurig, which he loves, but he really wants this one. I know the gift card can buy some coffee to go with it, but I'm not sure if I should grab this or wait until it gets closer to the holidays. Any advice?

Well I don't have a real answer but I did sign up to do a House Party with the Keurig Vue, and they sent me a promo code to get it 50% off from Keurig.com, with free shipping. Would have made it about 150. I want it too, but it bothers me I'd have to buy different kcups.

Are you in the HouseParty that is on the 22nd of this month or the last? I only ask because that 50% off would be awesome to buy the Vue cups if you could.

Check the prices at Sam's Club or Costco too. I've been looking at the Cuisinart (like the Keurig). It's $199 almost everywhere I had looked. I found it at Sam's this weekend for $148 and it even came with 1 1/2 yrs supply of the filters. The Keurigs came with like 60 kcups at Costco for $150. It wasn't the Keurig Vue but I think either Sam's or Costco had that one too-just don't remember the price. If your're not a member, see if you can find someone who is. I renewed my Sam's membership this weekend since the kcups are fairly reasonable there.

I bought one of the ones at target. The keurig elite for 119$ (basic one). Brought it home and we looked online to see if it was a good price. Found a platinum one for $70 at the atomicmall website which is like eBay. I have never bought from there but saw good reviews and used PayPal, so I felt comfortable buying it. So- for cheaper- I got the nicer keurig that sells for $179 at target. I didn't factor in the gift card deal here but it was still a way better deal!! So- just check online as well.

The coffees are on sale now as well $10.99 for most brands and if you buy two you get a $5 gift card.

If you don't plan on getting the Vue, i'd take the code off your hands! i am looking to get one for my wife's birthday.
