Just wondering if anyone here uses Kettle Bells and has found a good/great workout DVD to go along with them.

The DVD that came with mine is not so much a workout as a instructional on how to hold, stand, etc.

Thanks so much!

I'd be interested too! I bought a kettlebell awhile ago and hate the DVD that comes with it.

I do one move with it for 3 sets of 15 reps. You basically stand with your feet apart, lift the kettlebell (holding the kettlebell not by the handle and with both hands) over your head and up (not directly over your head though; don't need an E.R. visit), then you squat and as you squat, you bring the weight down and hold it straight out in front of you for a few seconds and repeat. I was so sore the first couple of days but I've really noticed a difference in my arms and top of my legs and butt. Now I'm increasing the sets/reps so I can feel that soreness again :).

Go here: http://www.collagevideo.com/main.aspx

They have all kinds of workout videos a bunch of which are kettlebell related. I don't use them myself but I get the catalog and have the seen them posted. You can watch clips online before you buy 1 too.

KettleWorx!! They are the best kettle bell dvd's! I love them....20 minutes, 3times a week. But, they give you a great workout, and you can really feel it working your core, etc. I got mine through the official website, and I got the 3 6 week program dvd's plus about 6 more dvd's that work on different parts of the body. I love them!
