Ketosis strips

I just got the ketosis strips I bought off eBay...100 for $2.49!!! ...and was wondering what is the ideal color to look for?

Hey Robin!! Great deal!!! I bought mine at Netrition.com and with mine, the darker the color, the better it is!! Mine have to be a deep deep maroon color for the highest level of Ketones...

The color is not supposed to matter at all as long as there is a color change. Even a little bit darker means you are in ketosis.

LOL Sheila, I should have mentioned that any color was okay...I am always trying to shoot for the deepest color when I test!! LOL

Apparently you can get a dark color if you test following a high fat meal ?
