Kermit in the Toilet!

That would have freaked me out so much. Being that we have 2 bathrooms I'd avoid using that toilet bowl again.

Hate to tell you all this, but I had this happen at DISNEYWORLD!!!

Back in 1999, we were staying at Fort Wilderness in a cabin. We were in a loop very close to the Quiet Pool. My poor sister was in the bathroom, and I heard her SCREAM!!!!!! She came running out yelling about a frog. Yep - a frog was swimming around in the toilet!! The frog hopped out and starting hopping around on the sink and up the wall on the mirror. Finally I caught him and put him outside. The kids thought it was so funny!!

I went and told the front desk at Fort Wilderness and the gal never heard of this happening!!! Well, it sure happened to us - I even have a photo of the frog to prove it!!

If anyone wants to know, I can find the exact number of what cabin we were in, so you all can avoid it!!!!!!!!!

How in the world did the frog breathe while swimming through the pipes? I thought they needed some air at some point? And likewise, need some water while he's hopping around outside.

It happened to a friend of mine who just happens to live in florida. She had gotten up for work and saw the frog in the toilet. Seh kept flushing like you had and finally her husband wondering why she was flushing so much went to check on her. He did the same as your husband which was grab the frog and toss him out the door. Now anytime I'm in FL, I make sure to check the toilet before I sit down.

I am terrified of snakes. Where I used to live with my ex husband a snake actually crawled up through the sump pump. I discovered it laying there on my basement floor when I went downstairs to do the laundry.

Oh, I didn't try to flush him down the toilet. He was stuck to the side above the waterline so I knew he wouldn't go down. Besides if he did go down, he'd probably just come back up again. I knew DH wouldn't be too happy about putting his hand in there when there was pee, that's why I flushed before I called him. And I'm pretty sure I didn't actually pee on him.

I don't know why, but typing that last sentance made me think of when (on LOST) Hurley yelled at Jin to "JUST PEE ON IT!"
