Kepping track of credits ?

We will be using QSDP for family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 1 1/2. We decided to do this for the flexibility. I have read that they will put the credits remaining on the bottom of your reciept.

We will sometimes be splitting meals and sometimes my 8 year old will just want a snack instead of a meal...lots of options. On the reciept will it state how many kids meals/ adult meals/snacks left available. How exactly do they break it down.

Snack credits are always pooled -- there is no difference between an "adult" or "child" snack credit. Anyone on the reservation can use the snack credits at any time.

CS credits are also pooled because some locations still don't have a kids' menu. As such, it is your responsibility to keep track of your adult/child credit usage. The DISigns sub-forum have some DDP tracker charts for download, if that makes it easier for you.

Children under 3 are not eligible to have the DP so you only have to track child credits for 1 child. As stated by a PP, the snack credits are pooled. Your receipts will also pool the CS credits all together. When we checked in, hey gave us a print out to track our credits on so each night I would confirm my receipts and put it on the printed sheet they gave us so I would be able to file away the receipts as correct. If a problem happened and we were doublecharged for a meal, I would only have that days receipts to check that way

if you don't use all your adult credits on one day and want to try a few meal options the next, some Cast members will only allow you as many "adult meals" at the register as are listed on your card for instance, your cards will allow for 2 adult meals and one child, so if you go through with three, they may say you can only get two. This happened to us on our last trip, the room/meal key card has this number listed on it.

Has this happened to anyone else? we had MANY meals left on our card
