Personal experience - never again.
My opinion is that they told me what I wanted to hear to get my booking. I had flights at an excellent price and if they had been upfront with me I would have accepted that I got what I paid for. Unfortunately there were several areas where I was given the wrong information that may have affected my decision to book with them. I am still waiting for an explanation for their actions - not holding my breath
