Kentucky Fried Chicken on Atkins Induction?

I really want to eat with DH tonight. Can I eat KFC, as long as the chicken's not breaded? How about the cole slaw? I know the Potatoes and Corn on the Cob are out. Sorry if this question is answered in the book-I've misplaced it. Our house is up for sale and in my mad dash to pick up today to prepare to show it, I've put the book somewhere. Hope I find it soon! Thanks!

the coleslaw more than likely has sugar in it...I'm not aware of many places that make it without.

Your right on the chicken, as long as it's not breaded, your all set...

I'm pretty sure all KFC chicken is breaded - even the Original Recipe. But, if you peel off the skin, you'll be fine!
