Dear Disney Experts....My friend and I are headed to Epcot today (in the pouring rain) 
for some Flower and Garden fun. My friend is a huge Kentucky Derby fan and wants to catch some of it later this afternoon/evening. We are staying at Caribbean Beach.
Does anyone have a good suggestion for where we might find a viewing location and possibly be able to order a mint julep?
