We had our credit cards hacked and are waiting for new ones. I called Kenny and explained the situation and to please not cancel our cart reservations. He said he understood and not to worry, he will get with us on the day of arrival and we can pay up then.
He is so sweet and understanding. I can't wait to get our cart and meet with Kenny. If the cart rental is as great as my dealing with Kenny, I will be extremely happy and shout his praises from the top of Space Mountain.

. He just called me to confirm our rental starting tomorrow. He is so nice. He explained the cart delivery to me. I thought I would meet him in the parking lot, but he said since I am in the cabins, that the cart would be delivered to the cabin!
if we stay at FW again in the future, I am going to use him again.
