Another KSC question.

With the heighten security, what exactly can you see at KSC, do you get close to a launch site, can you get close to or even go in a space ship or replica??? My hubby is acting like a 5year old.....lol since he can't find this info he is pouting so I thought I would try here.

You walk underneath a Saturn V rocket. You can walk around rockets in the rocket garden. You can also walk through the inside of a space shuttle replica.

If your husband is a space nut he will have plenty to see and do at KSC. They take you to a platform where you can see a launch pad in the distance and other viewing areas. The buildings at the beginning have plenty of exhibits about the space program. You could easily spend the day there.

I know KSC isn't for me but some people in our party are going when we are there in Sept. Thanks for the info !
