I of course would perfer him to get the same sentence as the poor victim did!!! But if not he should never be a free man!!! And all the BS excuses from the kennedy clan to excuse his behavior is enough to make one vomit!! That is one family that was never taught anything about moral values!!!!

I say good for the judicial system, for once it worked for the families of the deceased, even after 27 years. He's had 27 years that Martha wasn't allowed to have. Yes, its fair.

Sort of stealing the OP here, but I would say that from the answers to the original posters post, that most think he was for sure the one who did this? I sure do, without any doubts think he is guilty. He still denied it at the sentencing hearing, but that seems logical I guess.
