Did anyone catch her interview with him? I happened to be wide awake at 3 am flicking through channels and watched it. It was pretty interesting. He's had a lot of trauma in his life. He lost his dad, his grandfather (I didn't hear how on those two but I think they were either both tragically or very close to each other.), his sister who was abducted, raped and brutally murdered when she was 18 and he was 20. Then he had twin half brothers that both died in a scuba diving accident. No wonder the guy turned to drugs and alcohol.

He claimed that his 13 year marriage to Camille was over before it even began. He said they both were not happy and wanted out. He said he stayed because he was a coward and was just thinking about his young children. They mentioned his 2 older daughters but no mention of his other marriages. He said he agreed to make appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in exchange for a divorce. He said it was his exit fee. He felt he owed it to Camille because according to her she gave up her chance of fame to be married to him. He also said that she was very aware that their marriage was over during the filming of the show and the shock and devistation she portrayed on the show was all an act. He said the night before he met his new wife he was on the phone with Camille helping her put together an email to a man she had her eye on.

He and his new wife met on a flight from NY to London. She was a flight attendant and they had an instant attraction. She knew who he was and knew that he was married so she was very apprehensive. He gave her his number and she said she was on a bus on her way home from the airport after this flight and she thought to herself "I need a sign if I'm supposed to call him." She said she looked up and they were passing a restaurant called Frasier's. She thought that she needed another sign and not soon after passed a jewelry store called Crane's. Then she asked for one more and they passed Kelsey outside of his hotel getting out of a car. She said she knew she had to call him. She said that she is not proud of how they met and the fact that he was still married. She said that she is very sorry that she hurt anyone.

Kelsey said that his relationship with Camille (he won't even use her name) is very bad. He said he would not get into details because of his kids but he said that he knows for a fact that she has said horrible things about him and his new wife and he made mention of an altercation in front of the children.

He seemed pretty real. I know that there are two sides to every story but just from watching Camille on RHoBH she seems like a total phony! Who knows what really happened behind closed doors and it's a total he said/she said. He did say that Camille has done a wonderful job with the kids. His new wife said that she has a great relationship with Kelsey's two kids.

I found the interview very interesting. I'm sure that there are some people who think he's a cheating you know what. But he'll always be Frasier to me!

I don't think that at all. In fact, I think his father-in-law might be somebody I "know" online.

I just can't remember where (and no, I really don't think it's the DIS).

I love Frasier.:thumbsup2

I didn't see it but the fact she is on Housewives seals the deal for me. I don't think highly of her babble.

I think Kelsey Grammer is an.....well, another word for rear end. ( l )

His marrage was over before it began? What kind of babble is that? He MARRIED her and went to great lengths to have children via a surrogate. I remember how he oohed and aahed over Camille in older interviews. SHE was his soul mate, yada, yada. Now this new chick is.

Look, he's a cliche. He marries a pretty young thing, stays with them a while, and trades them in for a younger model. Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat. His newest, most recent love is his only REAL love. What a loser.

Great actor. But seems to be a louse of a human being.

I hve a great deal of trouble believing someone who's been married 4 times when he says anything about his previous marriages.

Not exactly an "expert" on how to maintain a relationship, if you KWIM.

Has he really been married 4 times. Yikes.

Yeah, it sound like a lot of self-serving gibberish to excuse his marry 'em, cheat on 'em, dump 'em and marry the new "love of my life" M.O. It helps if you make the one you cheated on the bad guy.....It makes you look like less of a sleaze.

In the past, he was saying in interviews how Camille was the love of his life, perfect, wonderful, etc. Now he says he knew the marriage was over before it began. So which is the truth? Why should I believe him now when he was seemingly saying all those wonderful things about Camille with the ring of truth? He's lying now or lying then. Or both. He's a lying liar who lies.

And this crack about how he just stayed for his children.... Until he knocked up some other, younger, chick and then all of a sudden, he wasn't going to stay for those older children. Time to move on with the new family, so sayonara to the older family.

That sums it up. :lmao:

I agree completely. He seems so creepy to me.

I think the man exudes charisma and is a good actor, BUT...very poor marriage material.

I saw the interview. Oprah seems to like him and believe in him. I think he's creepy. The whole discussion about wanting to be kissed one more time...ewww. He reminds me of another creepy, old addict, Ryan Oneal. I also have some pretty good gaydar and Kelsey sets mine off, big time. Could be because he admits to being sexually 'adventurous' and doing some cross dressing. I realize that not all cross dressers are gay but he seems sooooo anxious to be smooth, if ya know what I mean. Creepy, probably bi-sexual and way too smooth. I know my post seems intolerant of alternative lifestyles. I actually only have a problem with dishonesty and people who marry and marry and marry and marry at the expense of their children and the women they choose to abuse. Yeah, charismatic but creepy charismatic.

The only thing I remember about Camille before The Housewives was a red carpet interview and someone stepped on her dress and she was nasty!!!! She couldn't even speak during the interview and she walked off before they were done! I remember him saying "Well, I guess we're done!"

Actually he said that he sexually adventurous and Oprah asked if that meant that he was a cross dresser and he said no.

He disgusts me. He is cheater and that is one of the lowest things you can be in my book. He is weak, selfish and egotistical. I have no respect for him. I'm sure he will use and abuse the new wife and then dump her later on down the road and then come out with some gibberish about how horrible she was.

Sure, he has had horrible things happen to him growing up, but that in no way excuses who he has become.

He is one of those few actors that I can't watch anymore because all I can think about is what a horrible and disgusting person he is in real life.

Actually he said that he sexually adventurous and Oprah asked if that meant that he was a cross dresser and he said no.

He said, "I don't live my life as a cross dresser, no." Then he grinned like a Cheshire cat and laughed.

I agree! I certainly wouldn't get involved with a man who was A.) married B.) on his 3rd marriage and C.) was a known cheater.

From what I understand he was married when he met and started a relationship with Camille. It didn't come up in the interview last night but we were talking about it at work today and a couple of people said they heard that. Camille, ever heard of Karma? If he cheated WITH you he's probably going to cheat ON you! It's not just the guys fault here! He's a public figure. Not hard to find out if he's married.

Flame me all you want, I still like him! Can't help it! I grew up on Cheers and Frasier!

I think he believes what he says. That doesn't mean I believe what he says.

Some of the people I know who have had serial marriages believe very strongly in the passion of them at the inception and very strongly in the hatred of them at the end. You know, "he's my soulmate" turns into "I never loved him." Then they repeat the pattern.

It seems very different to me than simply acknowledging that you thought you loved each other enough to make a life together at one time, but things didn't work out.
