For some reason I can't find it so I'm not sure if it posted. I was wondering if there was anyway to make the Lauren and Ava on black background print smaller 5X7 without losing part of the name. When trying this on my printer it cut parts out. Is that something you have to do or am I not doing something?

I was just getting my stuff ready to put on shirts and I was going to see if there was anyway you could make the monsters inc Lauren and Ava more like 5X7 prints. Ava is only in a size 4/5 shirt and it is really big on that shirt.

For some reason I've been able to do this with others but when I printed these out smaller it chopped off parts. Am I doing something wrong or do you need to do that?

It was the black background ones.

Maybe cuz you are a muppet fan you may have some clip art or wall paper of the desired characters, my google searches aren't turning up anything usable, and I would really like to help, do you have a website that you know of?

I love your name designs. Could youdo the Mickey head with tiara
but without the carriage at the bottom for Meredith and Lauren and
the princess name also with Meredith and Lauren.
Do you have a family design with the 09 for the Wilderness Lodge?
If not could you possibly do one of those.

Then to print I go to explore, my documents, my pics, etc. Then print this document, then it goes through the options of printing out as 8X10, 5X7s, 4X6s etc. Does this help you at all? I'm guessing it doesn't

Well actually it helps a little so you are printing right from the folder that you have the picture saved in right? Well do you have Microsoft word on you computer, cuz you could open a word document and go to insert and select image and then put the picture in and from there you can click on the image and a box will appear around it and from there you can click on the little squares around the image to resize it.Let me know if this helps!

I haven't totally given up yet, I think it's just the perfectionist in me, maybe if I leave it alone for a couple of days and then try again I might find something that works! So there's a little hope!

I am going to need something to keep me busy Friday Morning- (I am off this whole weekend for Darrin's Birthday & My DH & I will be 18 yrs married Monday so we are celebrating this weekend as well) I have a few things left to pick up for the party, picking up drycleaning and running errands before kids get home from school, gettin' hair done Friday late afternoon, but between now & Friday morning I am about done printing until I get more transfers- (& I am waiting on my order from Amy- should be here soon) So.... I would so appreciate it! My DH is starting to wonder when I sleep- I work 12 plus hours a day (as you may be able to see by the only times I post- so late) I keep promising him as soon as I get our trip together- LOL It takes a lot of planning! (& selecting, saving, printing, ironing...) LOL
Truth be told, My DH is very impressed with your work as well & thinks Disney should hire you! Just letting you know that I did what you said about inserting it into a word document and making it the size I wanted. Worked perfectly. This will actually help with a lot of my designs for my petite little 4 year old. Not to mention how I'm going to be able to stretch my dollar on the transfer sheets.

I've just printed out the Ava monsters in that you did for me. I used the .gif file and made it the size I want in a word document. I'm using hp dark transfer paper, but the paper is actually white. (you probably knew that). Anyway...I'm putting it on a black shirt and I only want the name and characters to show and not the white background, which is why I used the gif. Are you sure when I put it on the shirt that it won't have a white background? I bought a nice black tshirt to put it on and I'd hate to waste the transfer paper and $6 I spent on the shirt.

If you are using the Gif file I did for you, there is no background on the image, but I am not to fimiliar with dark transers as to how they print gifs. Matter of fact I have never used dark transfers before, so I am not sure if the dark transfers will put a white background or not, but I do know that the original image has no background so with the white transfers it would be clear. My best advise to you is to post a request on the main board regarding dark transers and GIF files if they print with white background. I don't want you to risk it because I am not positive. I received a PM from M_I_C_K_E_Y and she is the expert on transfers of all kinds and she said I got mixed up with my advise about dark transfers so maybe consult with her first.
"If you use a light transfer, the background and any white in the design is clear (the shirt color) and if you use a dark transfer the background and all white in the design are white." is what she sent me. But I don't know how this relates to GIF files so maybe we should get clairification first.
