Thanks all, but my DSIL changed her mind...there's not enough time to redeem the mail-in offer she wants before they leave on their trip.
Kelloggs still allows Kash to be redeemed for Tower of Terror souvenir photos at DL (10 kellogg's kash = 1 5x7 photo) or Richard Petty Driving Experience at WDW (NASCAR program...250 kellog's kash = 1 driving experience), so long as you send the request and Kellogg's Kash in by 06-30-2005. Both vouchers must be used by December 31, 2005.
