I'm sure we would all like free codes

I redeemed and printed up my first concession cash this morning. Went to use it at an AMC theatre and they couldn't put it through. According to them, they had to ring it as a credit card sale, and the register kept saying "expired". Has anyone else had this trouble?

Hey, there was no harm in asking!! I offered up a 10% off code to the Disney Store the other day as a RAOK so I thought just maybe a little magic might come my way too.![]()
Yes! I printed my first one out and the girl behind the counter kept saying it was reading "denied". And didn't take it.
I'm hoping it's operator error and once they start getting more of these things, they'll know how to do it.
On a side note, a week ago I sent an email to the address listed on the site (http://toystory3.kelloggs.com/faq) -- and never did get a response.
Hope this program gets the kinks worked out or Kelloggs is going to have a PR nightmare on their hands.![]()
I got my first $5 concession and the confirmation email with the ticket just a few minutes after redeeming.
Then I redeemed for my free ticket and never got my email with the ticket. I called and Kelloggs rep told me that they had been having problems with that. Told me to wait a couple days. I did, 4 days later I called again and a different rep told me how to get to another link and told me to enter my 16 digit code there and voila it popped up. It's a little aggrivating to have had to wait until after opening weekend. Having to hear everyone who did see it say that they cried at the end!
