Not one but TWO neighbors of mine have gotten a FD pin for 2013!!!

WTH??? I'm a good person. We take care of our lawn. I'm always willing to take an extra turn in the carpool.

So why o why does Disney deem me unworthy of the one discount I covet so desperately????

I feel your pain! Sometimes I'm tempted to see if I can just call and say I want to add FD to the reservation and see if I get a CM that doesn't know any better!

Two people at work who rarely go both got the FD pin via snail mail this week. Very frustrating.

Now that we are in need of a new car it is doubtful that we can go for a Mardi Gras trip.

Yesterday my DOG got a pin code for free dining!

I use to sign up for samples and used his name, so it had to come from something like that......

If it was any other year, the Disney Visa discount would've been perfect for us -- but I made a promise to DH many many years ago and as much as I wanted to move our reservation to save $$, I'm a person of my word (which he doesn't realize yet as he thinks I changed down to the POFQ -- when we get there he'll be quite surprised ).

What were the dates for free dining? It seems they are excluding the week we plan to go of 4/13. TIA!

I did this to DH. He thought we were going to CB and we went to Poly. I had to tell him to get out of the towncar twice before he moved. Only thing is it took half the trip before it really sank in.

Oh wow, I totally forgot that we can plan another way from airport to WDW than ME. Do you mind me asking how much of a difference it was cost wise to book the towncar than ME?

ME is free. Round trip town cars run in the $120-$150 range.

It's only being offered on pin until 3/7 so it wouldn't include it thus far, but the r/o discount goes through September I believe. I don't know if it excludes that date but if it is around Easter then probably.

ETA: Just checked. Blockout on the r/o is 3/25 - 4/20.

I understand. My dad has been feeling the same way after I received a room discount pin and then his cousin did as well. He's the one who has paid the most money to go on WDW trips all these years, and here I am getting one. Luckily, we are going together for our next trip, so I got to apply the pin to his room as well. But it still bugs him that he did not get the pin while we did. Just seems so weird how they do it...

We have never received a PIN. We have taken A LOT of trips in the last 5 years so maybe they assume we'll be coming anyways. I'll show them. We don't plan to return until 2014. Of course even if they send a PIN, wife will say no at this point..

Same here. Never a PIN. My dad gets them all the time (and he hasn't even been to WDW in 3-4 years).
